Before recommending a service, the team considers hair condition, chemical history, the scalp, lifestyle and long-term goals, and it gives personalized home-care advice. Color is formulated with O&M, which is stated to be ammonia-free, PPD-free and resorcinol-free, and the salon describes its products as clean and conscious haircare.

Beyond color, the menu includes precision cuts such as the Sculpted Hair Cut and bang trims, extension services using beaded wefts, tapes, K-tips and V light methods, OWAY botanical scalp treatments, a Brazilian Blow Out smoothing service, and signature blowouts. Monthly and annual memberships cover blowouts, lived-in color and extension care.

New clients need to complete the New Client Consultation Form before booking, including photos of the front, back and sides of their hair and up to three inspiration pictures. Some services require an in-person consultation, and a virtual Blueprint consultation can be requested after booking. Bookings from new clients that are not submitted with the form are canceled automatically. The studio is open Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, and it is closed on Sundays.
