Color is the core of the menu. Options run from a 25-minute color consultation and gloss-and-style visits to root touch-ups, all-over color, lived-in color with teasy lights and lowlights, and color removal. Corrective color is booked as a full-day project, with a deposit and a seven-hour minimum.

Extensions are a major part of the business. Services include consultations, hand-tied and tape-in installation, move-ups, tape-in maintenance, K tip installation, mini rows and extension removal. New extension clients need a consultation first, and hair is chosen then with a deposit before installation.

The salon does not issue refunds, but it will make adjustments if a client is unhappy with their hair, provided they ask within 10 days of the service. Adjustments are charged at full price. Color consultations are required for new extension clients, platinum cards and corrective color, and when a goal cannot be reached in one visit or box color is present, a multi-step color agreement is used. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-call no-shows are charged 40% of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
