The practice says it aims for privacy, professional care and personal attention without rushing clients, and it builds a custom treatment plan around each client's goals. Appointment blocks run longer than many other offices in the area. Most services begin with a one-hour, no-obligation consultation with a registered nurse, and Botox and filler can be done the same day as that consultation, while laser treatments cannot. Botox injections take about 15 minutes or less once the consultation is complete. A first Botox visit is kept conservative with a follow-up in roughly two weeks, and follow-up treatments are usually recommended every three to four months.

Neuromodulator options are Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin and Jeuveau, used for fine lines such as forehead wrinkles, furrowed brows and crow's feet, and Botox can also be used for hyperhidrosis in the underarms, palms or feet. Botox results may begin to show within a few days, with full results in about two to four weeks, and Botox and Dysport typically last about three to four months. The business says its FDA-approved neuromodulators are a dependable option for fine lines and that Daxxify lasts about twice as long as the others. Dermal fillers include hyaluronic acid products from Restylane, Revanesse Versa, Juvederm and RHA, plus Bellafill and Sculptra. Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last six to twelve months depending on the individual. Platelet-rich plasma is made from the client's own blood and can be injected or applied topically with erbium fractional laser or microneedling.

The practice operates four Fotona laser devices for full-body treatments. It says it has been the only practice in West Tennessee offering Fotona laser treatments since 2015. The laser menu covers erbium fractional laser at light and deep levels, the 4D Facelift (a non-surgical lift with no downtime that finishes with a Light Laser Peel), laser resurfacing for the face, Intimalase vaginal rejuvenation, NightLase for snoring and sleep apnea, HAIRestart for hair growth, and FracTat tattoo removal. Facials include the Teen Acne Facial at $75 or $180 for three, the Red Carpet Facial, a no-downtime masque treatment at $125 or $300 for three, and the Luxury Medical Facial, a customized session with diamond microdermabrasion, deep pore cleansing, medical-grade peels, light therapy, oxygen therapy and medical-grade skincare, at $150 or $375 for three. Medical facials run 60 minutes with a licensed medical esthetician. Facial and certain laser prices are listed; injection and fractional laser prices are quoted after consultation.

Clients must be 18 or older, though teens 16 to 17 with acne may receive special permission; anyone under 18 needs a legal guardian present with consent. The office is not suitable for children, who are only allowed with their own appointment, and guests must be arranged in advance and have their own appointment. New clients pay a $50 non-refundable consultation deposit that is credited toward a first service or product. Changing or missing an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a $50 rebooking fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Saturday appointments require a $100 deposit with an RN or PA, or $50 with an esthetician. Payment is due when service is rendered by cash, debit or credit card; personal checks and CareCredit are not accepted, though larger purchases and wellness memberships can be paid over time through Affirm on the RepeatMD app. Insurance claims are not accepted, processed or prepared in the office, and services are non-refundable. Facials, SkinPen, neuromodulators, fillers and aesthetic consults can be booked online, while other appointments are booked by calling or texting 901-310-3530.

Providers take time to explain treatment options and what to expect, and staff help clients choose treatments based on their concerns, medical history and goals.
