The business grew out of Germantown Wellness, founded in 2012, and Jewel Medspa, founded in 2022, which became Nectar Body Solutions after two years of growth. It now runs a medspa, a boutique fitness studio called Body By Nectar and a membership program. The business presents itself as a single place for beauty, wellness and recovery, and as more than a med spa where people can recharge.

Germantown has the medspa, where injectables, skin and laser work, facials, hair and scalp care and hormone balancing are offered. Body By Nectar is a separate studio at its own address, where fitness classes take place alongside the Salt Room and red light therapy.

The business focuses on holistic health, pairing nutrition with minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Each treatment begins with a personalized consultation and a customized treatment plan.
