Extensions are offered as weft, or as a hybrid of weft and invisible tape. The salon primarily uses Covet and mane extension hair and tests new brands. Clients agree to maintain their extensions every 6 to 12 weeks depending on the result they want, and move-ups, which include removal, reinstallation and styling, are recommended every 6 to 8 weeks. The salon does not guarantee installation or extension coloring unless its own purchased brands are used. It says its extension methods are safe for the scalp and that an extension regimen can help clients grow natural hair longer.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead carry no rescheduling charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service fee, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee. Appointments cancelled without notice cannot be filled from the wait list. All sales of products and services are final and non-refundable.
