Ashley Renae Hair is a salon in Tinley Park, named for its stylist Ashley Renae. Chemical color work starts with a color consultation booked as its own appointment. That visit includes a patch test for allergens in chemical color and enhancements. A patch test is also required for any color service using a hair company the client brings in, and hair bundles must be left at the salon 72 hours before a color service. The salon offers a trichology hair loss consultation, a longer appointment of about 1 hour 45 minutes, along with a Healing Detox Scalp + Steam treatment. The salon also publishes YouTube hair tutorials and lifestyle content.

Booking requires a $20 deposit that is credited toward the service at final payment and is non-refundable. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; same-day cancellations are charged $10. After a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, clients are charged $10. Guests and children not being serviced are not allowed, and children receiving services must not be left unattended. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, PayPal and Cash App, but not by check.
