Classified Beauty was founded by Flenisha R (Fe), who began braiding hair at age 10. The business offers hairstyling alongside hair extensions, and Fe launched the extension side of the business in 2017.

Services are grouped into extensions, braids, add-ons, natural styling, bridal and wigs. Sew-ins and quick weaves can be combined with closures, feed-ins and ponytail or bun styles. Shampoo and blow dry on natural hair is included in each natural style, so no separate booking is needed for it. Add-ons such as color and relaxers are booked for extra time and carry an additional cost, and clients who book several services should add the extra time or risk cancellation or rescheduling. Braids should be booked at least one week ahead, other styles at least 48 hours ahead, and an emergency fee applies to bookings made within 48 hours when a slot is available. Bridal consultations are booked through the contact form.

The business sells Body Wave, Island Curl and Straight virgin hair extensions, with bundle pricing on each, along with transparent lace closures and frontals and edge bands for securing them. Extensions and closures cannot be refunded or exchanged for sanitary reasons, and issues should be reported before an order is processed. Orders ship by USPS, and payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and cash.
