Makeup is applied to the full face from start to finish rather than in partial looks such as eyes only. Options range from small group classes for 2 to 6 guests and virtual group sessions to one-on-one coaching, a hands-on Signature Soft Glam lesson, a VIP masterclass and a Pro Artist Intensive for people who want to work as makeup artists. Memberships of 3, 6 or 8 sessions are available, billed month to month or on a 6-month recurring plan.

Deposits and retainers are never refunded. A retainer holds an appointment and is credited against the final balance, while the deposit is paid when booking. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice means the deposit is kept and the difference is charged, up to 50% of the service price. Missed appointments are charged in full. Bridal and group bookings must be cancelled at least 7 days ahead, and regular appointments at least 72 hours ahead. Guests with cold or flu symptoms are asked to reschedule. Anyone with allergies or sensitivities should mention them to the artist. Only the person receiving a service may attend, and clients under 18 are admitted to the studio only while receiving a service.
