Booking is done through GlossGenius online. Several services take a deposit, ranging from $25 on the hair gloss to $100 on sew-in extensions, and payment is taken through the booking system. For in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, a Buy Now, Pay Later option is available, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients who are unsure which service to book can message the studio at 936-232-2418.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead can be rescheduled without charge. Cancelling the day before costs 25% of the appointment price, and cancelling on the day costs 50%, both charged to the card on file. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have services shortened to keep the day on schedule. No-shows are charged the full service cost, and clients who book the wrong service and cannot be accommodated remain responsible for paying for it.

The studio is open Wednesday from 3 PM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
