The menu covers women's and men's cuts, bang and neck trims, all-over color, root retouches, gloss and toner, and a wide range of highlighting from express placement to full foil and balayage. Color correction is available, though pricing starts with a consultation. Reverse balayage, where darker shades are added for a subtler, natural-looking contrast, is also offered. Double-process color, which means two color services in one visit with a wash and dry between, is listed as well.

The salon is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Gift cards are available. Chemical services can give varying results and may cause some damage, so the salon recommends products to follow. Clients are asked to share any previous processes on their hair before a chemical service and to remove jewelry such as earrings and necklaces during it. A full robe can be requested for anyone concerned about high-collared clothing.

Booking policies: cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50 percent of the booked price, and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged to the card on file. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled based on availability. The card on file may also be charged after service if no other payment is received. The salon does not offer refunds on services, and concerns must be raised within 7 days of the service.
