Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from a 50-minute teen clarifying facial and express options to a 90-minute sculpting facial with buccal massage. Signature facials include enzyme exfoliation, extractions as needed, an Ayurvedic massage using marma point therapy and a custom mask. Green Envee facials include essential oil and marma point therapies. Hydrafacial treatments, from a 45-minute signature session to a 90-minute Platinum facial, use the device's Vortex Fusion Technology.
Acne is a major focus. The Face Reality Clear Skin consultation, which carries a $100 deposit credited toward the first treatment or recommended skincare, leads into the Clear Skin Method, which combines in-clinic treatments with an at-home product routine. Ashlee tries the gentler treatments first before moving to more aggressive topical solutions. Peels and microchanneling are also offered as tools for acne scarring. All chemical peels require a consultation before booking.
New clients can book a free 45-minute consultation covering a skin analysis, a treatment plan and skincare recommendations. Hours are Monday 1:00-6:00, Tuesday through Thursday 9:00-4:00 and Friday 9:00-5:00, with one Saturday each month shown on the Square booking page. Hours may change. Clients should arrive within 15 minutes of their appointment time, and cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice carry a $50 fee.
