The hair menu covers braiding, cuts for children, men and women, blow outs, toner between blonding visits, root touch-ups and special-occasion styling. Color options range from overall and fashion color to partial and full highlights and balayage, and the salon also offers Brazilian Blow Out straightening and tape-in extension installation. Braiding and children's cuts start at $20.

The lash menu includes classic, hybrid and volume sets, each offered as a fill for existing extensions or as a full set. Fill prices depend on how many lashes remain, and the classic fill includes a lash bath. Hybrid sets are described as fuller than classic and lighter than volume, and the business recommends a hybrid fill every two to three weeks.

Event makeup is a 60-minute full-face application priced at $100, with strip lashes available for an extra $10. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. Clients can pay online or in person, and in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can use Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.

Appointments are charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the service if they are not canceled within 24 hours, though clients with an emergency can ask for the fee to be waived. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 4 PM to 8 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 5 PM, with the salon closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
