Services start with a consultation, and the color or care is then custom formulated for the individual. The salon says hair integrity comes first, and it works only with professional color and care lines, which it says keeps its quality standard high.

The menu covers foil highlighting in mini, partial and full sizes with or without tint, root retouch, all-over color, custom vivid work including pastels, split dye and color blocking, and a set of named color services. Several named services include toner and treatment, and Cherry Cola includes color, treatment and blow-dry. Major color corrections are excluded from some of these services. Women's haircuts include shampoo, a scalp massage and a blowout, and a haircut with gloss includes a precision cut.

Clients who are unsure what to book, or who are interested in extensions, can book a free 30-minute consultation first. Hair tinsel, a custom-installed add-on with small beads, can be heat styled and washed with proper care, and more beads can be added later. Extension blowouts use extension-safe cleansing.

Booking requires a valid card on file, which is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice incurs a 20% fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without contacting the salon counts as a no-show. Deposits can be moved to a future appointment with proper notice. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM, with the salon closed Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the website.
