Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Every appointment is booked one on one. New clients begin with a consultation of about 45 minutes, which is a good moment to bring clean, dry hair. The consultation covers hair goals, the steps to reach them, at-home extension care, and both initial and ongoing costs. A $100 deposit secures an appointment after that first consultation. There are no cancellation or no-show fees, but clients are asked to give notice as early as possible.
The salon's signature service is IBE, short for Invisible Bead Extensions, a hand-tied method installed on a flexible foundation. The business calls IBE the most requested hand-tied extension method and says it is adhesive, bond, braid, chemical and tension free. Initial volume extensions start at $750 and include the hair, an at-home care kit and installation. Initial length extensions start at $1,200, and combined volume and length start at $1,500. Maintenance runs $150 for one row, $250 for two and $325 for three, and removal is $30 per row. Color is organized into four all-inclusive packages, from The Maintenance at $175 to The Works at $250, covering everything from root to tip color to a full color change. Haircuts start with The Cut at $65, which includes a head massage, conditioning, a hot towel and the cut. The Signature Blow-Out is $45 and includes a shampoo, scalp massage and custom blow-dry. The Signature Blowout Package at $165 includes four blowouts and one complimentary scalp and hair treatment during an appointment.
The suite is bright and open, with calm, elegant decor. Guests can use wifi and enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks, including coffee, soft drinks, sparkling water and seasonal drinks. Free parking is available in the lot. The salon is not wheelchair accessible and is not kid friendly. Email questions receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours on regular business days.
