Visits are by appointment only, in a fully enclosed suite with one stylist and one client. Curtains can be drawn for privacy, snacks and drinks are provided, and the salon is hijabi friendly. The suite is on the second floor, reached by elevator, with free surface parking in front, accessible parking and a ramped sidewalk.

Color and balayage are the core of the menu. Hand-painted balayage can be done throughout the whole head or as a partial with highlights around the face and crown, with or without a haircut. Lived-in color, including custom balayage, foilayage, dimensional brunette and teasy lights with root melts, is designed to grow out between full appointments, and gray blending can be included. Other services include color correction, custom blonding, toner and glaze, haircuts with wet or dry techniques, Brazilian Blowout and custom keratin smoothing treatments, and Olaplex treatment. Starting prices are listed for many services, such as partial balayage with blowdry from $173 and women's haircuts at $85.

Bridal and event work includes bridal trials, bridal party looks, makeup for dates and photo sessions, and hair and makeup for hijabi weddings. Bridal dates tend to book six to twelve months ahead. Large bridal parties are supported by assistant artists, and all assistants on hijabi parties are female. The salon also offers on-location hair and makeup in Greater Houston, such as The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy and Cypress, with travel fees that may apply.

Each client is served one-on-one, with consultations used to learn their preferences, habits and goals before color and smoothing services.

Services take place in a fully enclosed private suite rather than an open-floor salon.
