Certain appointments require a 30% deposit that goes toward the service. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to change or cancel; the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations inside that window or for no-shows.
Gift cards come in several denominations. They are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and may take 5 to 7 business days to process and arrive. Products can be browsed through the website's Shop section.
The salon is open Monday from noon to 8PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 9AM or 10AM to 8PM, and Sunday from 10AM to 7PM. Hours may change for holidays. The salon is also hiring stylist assistants, who join a training bootcamp where they shadow established stylists, as well as experienced hairstylists.
Stylists say they follow the newest hair trends so that clients' looks stay current.
