The salon builds its work around the relationship between client and stylist, relying on open communication. New clients contact the salon by phone or through the contact form and are matched with a stylist. Visits are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday, and begin with a consultation about the look wanted, the client's daily routine and how much maintenance they are comfortable with.

Services fall into three groups: cutting and styling, color, and specialty treatments. Cutting covers personalized haircuts for all hair types, razor and clipper cutting, and blowouts. Color includes full color, single-process color, root touch-ups, bleach and toning, glossing and several highlighting techniques. Specialty work covers smoothing and customizable extensions. The team says it is committed to continuing education and keeping up with trends. The shop also sells luxury bath and body products.

Service prices are a general guide, and final pricing depends on the stylist, hair type and condition. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made within 24 hours may be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

The salon treats the client-stylist relationship as the foundation of good hair, built on open conversation. Each visit opens with a consultation about the desired style, daily routine and upkeep.
