Each client begins with a 90-minute Longevity and Aesthetics Consultation, and treatment options are not discussed before that appointment. Injectable offerings span facial balancing, which adjusts facial proportions in a tailored way, biostimulators Radiesse and Sculptra that prompt the body to produce its own collagen, dermal fillers, Kybella, lip filler, and wrinkle relaxers including Botox, Xeomin and Daxxify. Wrinkle relaxers are charged by the unit, and most treatments use 20 to 50 units, varying with the treated area and the goals. The practice works on forehead and frown lines, the outer eye area, lip flip, under-chin dimpling, bands in the neck, brow lifting, jaw contouring or TMJ relief, and excessive underarm sweating.

Regenerative and skin options include EZ-Gel, an injectable gel made from a small blood sample taken from the client, and PRP facial rejuvenation, which uses platelet-rich plasma from the client's own blood and can be done alone or with microneedling. SkinPen microneedling creates controlled microchannels to stimulate collagen. A topical numbing cream is applied first, and the depth, treated areas, and add-ons are set after a skin evaluation. A series of three sessions four to six weeks apart is commonly recommended, followed by maintenance. PDO threads, absorbable sutures placed under the skin, may be used for a subtle brow lift, midface support, nasolabial folds, jawline definition, early jowling, and loose neck skin. Local anesthetic is used, and the business states that threads are not a replacement for a surgical facelift.

IV therapy visits usually take 30 to 60 minutes and are given under medical supervision after a health history review. Cancelling on the day of, or not showing up, can result in a charge of as much as half the cost of the booked service. A non-refundable deposit holds the slot and counts toward the total. Guests under 12 cannot enter the treatment room. One extra companion may join unless approved beforehand. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes late can cut the appointment short. Every service is final: rendered services are not refunded, and products are non-refundable.
