Surgery takes place on site at the Wilshire Surgery Center, a certified surgical suite. Most operations are done under general anesthesia, with an anesthesiologist from the Oregon Anesthesia Group. The team includes certified physician assistants, a nurse practitioner, registered nurses, medical assistants and medical aestheticians.

The MediSpa, the practice's medical day spa, operates from the Portland office. Services include specialty facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, DermaFrac micro-channeling, HydraFacial, Glo2Facial and waxing.
