The salon has been taking clients since 2010 and works from its Portland suite on NW 185th Avenue. It draws clients from Beaverton, Hillsboro, Aloha, Bethany, Cedar Mill and communities within approximately 40 miles of the salon, and all appointments take place there.

About

Color is a central part of the menu. Options include full dye and balayage (listed on the salon's menu as tinte completo), color touch-ups and color correction, along with color bath, highlights and babylights. Gray coverage is not part of those color services, so it has to be booked alongside them. The salon notes that a specific color can't be guaranteed after color extraction or bleaching, since results depend on the hair's existing chemical history. Straightening treatments also do not promise complete straightness for curly hair in a single session.

Booking is done online through Calendly and requires a partial payment. Cancelling at least 24 hours ahead by phone, text or email returns the full amount, while a missed appointment that wasn't cancelled within that window forfeits the partial payment. Salon hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Warranty claims must be raised within 5 consecutive days and need a before-and-after photo of the hair with the face out of frame. Gift cards are sold online in $30, $50, $100 and $200 amounts, or in a custom amount.
