Facials and hydrafacials use Eminence botanical products. Massage menus include relaxation, clinical therapeutic and prenatal massage, with the option to add steam tents and dry brushing. Manicures and pedicures use DazzleDry polish and FarmHouse Fresh products, and the spa offers gel work, Apres GelX extensions and a range of nail enhancements. Pedicures are waterless and skip the traditional soak. The spa says its DazzleDry and Apres products dry in about five minutes and can last up to two weeks without chipping.

Packages bundle several treatments at one rate. Couples can book the Side by Side Package for two, which includes a private couple's suite, a full body dry brush, a foot salt scrub, a 60-minute classic massage and a 30-minute Eminence facial. Longer options such as Girls Day Out and Head To Toe Renewal combine massage, facial and nail services in a single visit. Men have their own menu with a Gentleman's Facial, classic and deep tissue massage, and a men's manicure. Maternity massage is offered in 60 or 90 minutes, and every session is performed by therapists trained in prenatal techniques.

A visit starts with robes, slippers, a private changing area and a secure locker. Between services during a package, clients have a private room. Walk-ins are accepted, though booking ahead through the website is suggested, and a standby list is kept for days with no open time. A credit card is required to hold an appointment, and changes made without adequate notice may be charged up to the full service amount. Late arrivals are responsible for the full treatment price. Gratuities are appreciated but not required. Gift certificates can be bought in person, by phone or online.

The spa also lists lash, waxing and tinting services, and sells Eminence, FarmHouse Fresh, Glymed+ and Jane Iredale products through its retail shop and online.

The spa describes its approach as personalized care and holistic well-being, and says it chooses products for purity, sustainability and an eco-conscious approach. It describes its products as clean and natural.
