Breast augmentation can be done with silicone, saline or form-stable implants, with fat transfer, or with a mixed technique. Implants can be placed under the pectoral muscle or behind the breast tissue, and incisions may be made in the inframammary crease, around the areola or in the armpit. The procedure is outpatient under general anesthesia and usually takes two to three hours. Stitches come out about 10 days later, most people return to a normal routine within a few days to a week, and exercise, sports and heavy lifting are avoided for several weeks. Silicone implants are FDA-approved for patients over 22 and saline implants for patients over 18. Breast reduction, breast lift, revision breast surgery, and male breast reduction are also offered, along with facelift, brow lift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, liposuction, tummy tuck, mommy makeover, labiaplasty and buttock augmentation.

Non-surgical energy treatments are built around the InMode IgniteRF platform, a fractional radiofrequency system. It includes Morpheus8 Burst for skin texture, wrinkles, acne scars and stretch marks on the face, neck and smaller areas, and Morpheus8 Burst Deep for larger areas such as the abdomen, arms and legs. FaceTite tightens skin on the face and neck and reduces small amounts of fat under local anesthesia or light sedation, and BodyTite combines skin tightening with fat reduction on the abdomen, arms, thighs and back through a small incision. QuantumRF reduces fat and contours areas without liposuction. Ultherapy ultrasound tightening, laser skin resurfacing with the Alma Pixel CO2 laser, ThermiRF, and Silhouette InstaLift are also offered in the office. Dysport injections for crow's feet and frown lines take about 15 minutes with typically no downtime, and results often last three to four months.

Skin care includes AHA, BHA and Go and Glow chemical peels, plus TCA and phenol croton oil peels, four facial options and dermaplaning, which can be added to a facial. Removal of skin lesions is offered by cryosurgery, curettage, laser ablation, scalpel removal and shave excision, usually under anesthesia, with stitches and a bandage used afterward when needed. Financing is available through CareCredit, with plans up to $25,000 and monthly payments as low as $25 depending on the plan, and an approved application does not need to be repeated for later procedures.

Treatment plans are customized to each patient's features and goals, and the practice says it offers only therapies it believes will be effective, even when they are not the most expensive. Each treatment is planned after a consultation that accounts for medical history, skin concerns and goals.
