A visit usually starts with a complimentary skin consultation with one of the injectors, which includes a computerized VISIA skin analysis of spots, sun damage, pigmentation, redness, wrinkles, texture, pores and skin bacterial status. An aesthetician then evaluates the skin and sketches out a customized plan. For injectables, the first visit is a consultation in which 3D photos are taken from several angles, using Vectra 3D imaging for a full-face assessment, to build the treatment plan. First appointments run about an hour and a half, which leaves room for a treatment the same day. Appointments can be booked by phone at 201-444-9522 or online. A $75 deposit is required to schedule a treatment and is applied toward it; it is fully refunded if the client decides not to be treated that day. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment carry a $75 fee.

The spa provides Botox Cosmetic for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet and other facial lines. Per the spa's FAQ, visible results take roughly 7 to 10 days, usually last 3 to 4 months, and begin to fade around the 2.5 to 3 month mark, though a regular schedule can extend them. Dermal filler options include RADIESSE, several JUVÉDERM XC formulations and BELOTERO BALANCE, used on the lips, cheeks, under-eye hollows, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, temples, chin, jawline, hands, neck and earlobes. Filler effects appear right away, while bruising, swelling or redness generally settles within 24 to 48 hours. Before and after filler, clients should steer clear of aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil and other anticoagulant medications for one week. Arnica montana can be purchased at the spa. After Botox, clients are asked to skip exercise, aspirin, ibuprofen, facial massage or touching the area, and lying flat for four hours during the first 24 hours. The Alle rewards program awards points for each Botox Cosmetic treatment, which can be exchanged for discounts on Botox Cosmetic or selected other Allergan products.

The body and hair menu includes Emsculpt Neo, BBL laser hair removal on a Sciton system, and Cutera HR, which uses a cooling tip rather than traditional heat and is described as suitable for African-American and Afro-Latino skin tones. BBL treatments typically need multiple sessions because hair is only targeted during its growth phase, and Cutera HR typically takes 4 to 6 treatments depending on regrowth. Hair restoration is offered as PRP made from the patient's own blood and injected into the scalp, for women and men with hair loss or thinning. PRP is usually started as four treatments a month apart, followed by maintenance about every 3 to 4 months; the business says results typically appear within six months and vary, with no guarantee. Exosome-based hair restoration is also offered, along with Nutrafol supplementation and a LaserCap home device. Axillary hyperhidrosis, meaning excessive underarm sweating, is treated with results that the site says last an average of about 6 months.

The face menu covers chemical peels, customized facials, LED and IPL treatments, microneedling (including Vivace and Skintyte II, and RF microneedling), Lutronic Ultra, Lutronic Genius FR for face and body, Hollywood Spectra, DermaV, Kybella and Skinvive. Skin care lines carried include BreslowMD Skin Care, ZO Skin Health, Neocutis Cosmeceuticals, Alastin Skincare and SkinMedica, and an aesthetician can build a customized at-home program from a personal skin analysis. Permanent makeup includes micropigmentation, microblading, eyelash enhancement, permanent lip liner and tinting, permanent lip makeup and nipple and areola tattoos, including after breast reconstruction following mastectomy. Pigment is deposited in the upper skin layers with a sterile micro-needle, and permanent lip liner and tinting defines the lip outline and adds lightly faded color without adding volume.

The practice takes a conservative approach, aligning the patient's goals with the team's view of what will lead to long-term satisfaction. Its stated top priority is the most natural look possible.
