Booking is done with a $25 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total cost of the service. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment. Add-on services need to be booked at the time of the original booking, since appointments are scheduled back to back and extras cannot be added on the day.

Clients who bring in lace closures, frontals, wigs, or bundles that are being colored need to drop them off at the salon at least three days ahead of the appointment. Drop-off times are arranged by phone. Appointments can be rescheduled once using the same deposit, provided the change is made at least 24 hours in advance through the confirmation email. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be charged an added fee or have the appointment canceled, at the stylist's discretion. No extra guests are allowed.
