Head spa treatments are the core of the menu. The three head and scalp tiers, Essential, Premium and Platinum Elite, run 60, 75 and 90 minutes at $118, $138 and $183. Every hair treatment begins with a hair and scalp analysis and a personalized consultation. The Essential tier includes scalp relaxation with essential oil, massage of the neck, shoulders and scalp, half-moon waterfall therapy, a nourishing shampoo, hydrotherapy steaming, dandruff and alopecia prevention where needed, and drying without styling. Premium adds deep facial cleansing, a collagen face mask and face massage across 10 steps. Platinum Elite has 13 steps and adds microdermabrasion, LED light therapy and high frequency wand combing. The salon says the treatments may help with stress and overall well-being, and that scalp stimulation may support blood flow and ease headaches and neck tension.

Facials are listed at $90 for Signature Microdermabrasion and Ultimate Glow, $108 for Luminous Dermaplane and $138 for Deluxe Renewal, lasting 60, 60, 75 and 90 minutes respectively. All four are offered at the Costa Mesa location only. Eyelash extensions come in Super Natural at $98, Hybrid at $128 and Volume at $148, each listed as discounted from a higher price. Hybrid and Volume are offered at Costa Mesa only. Fills for Super Natural and Hybrid are priced by how long it has been since the last appointment: $60 for 1 to 7 days, $70 for 7 to 14 days and $80 for 15 to 28 days.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Deposits are refunded to the original payment method when an appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations inside 48 hours and no-shows are not refunded. Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice and depends on availability, and each booking has to be moved separately. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, so clients are advised to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Valuables are best left at home, since the salon is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings. Guest tube tops are offered, mainly for women, and laundered after each use.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be turned into cash unless the law requires it. They can be used toward eligible services, partly redeemed, and may carry an expiration date when one is stated. E-gift certificates can be bought online, and physical gift cards are sold at the locations. A lost or stolen certificate is not covered, but a replacement may be requested if the original purchase can be verified and the certificate has not been used.
