The menu covers several areas. Body waxing ranges from underarms and bikini work to full legs, chest and back, and includes Brazilian and Manzilian options. Facial waxing covers brows, lip, chin and full face. Body facials are themed treatments for specific areas, from the underarms and back to the pelvic region, and can be paired with add-ons. Custom facials include the Heaven and Earth Facial and a longer Heaven, Earth, and Arize Facial with extractions and lymphatic facial massage. Eye and lash services include lash lifts in traditional and Korean styles, lash tints, brow tints, and a lash Botox conditioner that can be booked alone or with a lift or tint. Steam and Hmong and Eastern modalities include sinus steam and a traditional Hmong Kav session with an option to add Thai herbs.

Visits are by appointment only. The spa is open Wednesday to Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM. Only one client is seated per session, with the exception of a guardian accompanying a scheduled minor, and recording services or staff is not allowed. First appointments require valid government identification, and clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present with a completed, verified consent form. For waxing, clients are asked to exfoliate one to two days ahead and moisturize afterward; the studio has no shower but keeps wipes on hand. Clients using retin-a should pause for seven days before waxing, and appointments should be rebooked if there is a cold sore or breakout in the area.
