The team is made up of nurse practitioners, advanced practice estheticians, and lash and brow specialists. Care is collaborative and built around each client's own anatomy. Licensed medical providers look at anatomy, goals and treatment history before creating a personal plan for injectables and other medical treatments.

For skin, the studio offers customized facials, medical peels and microneedling. Options include a HydroDiamond facial that pairs diamond-tip microdermabrasion with hydro-infusion, a signature facial with extractions and lymphatic cupping, dermaplaning facials, and a 20-minute mini dermaplane. Microneedling uses SkinPen, with versions that add dermaplaning or platelet-rich fibrin made from a small sample of the client's own blood. Advanced skin treatments are aimed at acne scarring, fine lines, uneven texture and pigmentation.

Lash services include custom extension sets in ultra-lightweight premium fibers, lash fills that are recommended every two to three weeks, and lifts. A full set is required if more than 3.5 weeks have passed since the last appointment, and mini fills are only available to clients who had a fill within the past seven days. Brow services begin with a mapping that assesses eye anatomy, facial symmetry and hair health.

The studio also offers a private 30-minute ExoPod light therapy session and a membership program with four paths: a lash maintenance plan, a monthly beauty and maintenance plan, a prepaid balance usable across the menu, and ongoing medical wellness support for GLP-1 weight management. New members receive a complimentary ExoPod session. Chair rental is offered through a program called The Collective.
