Extensions come in classic, wispy, hybrid and volume styles, and fills are priced by how many days have passed since the last set: 10 to 18 days, 19 to 26 days, or 27 days and longer. A volume 4-week fill requires at least 30% of the lashes to remain. Lash clusters, offered in small, medium or large lengths in regular or wispy styles, are applied with latex glue, so they are not booked for clients with latex allergies.

Clients book their own appointments online from the available times, and last-minute add-ons are accepted only if they were discussed beforehand. New and returning clients pay a non-refundable $15 deposit that goes toward the total, and the balance is paid at the appointment by cash, card, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay or Cash App, with a $2 fee on electronic payments. Deposits should not be sent through Cash App. A signed waiver is completed through an online form before services.

Clients have a grace period of up to 15 minutes; after that, a $15 late fee is added to the total, so clients running late are asked to text the studio. Cancellations and reschedules with less than 24 hours notice are charged, with fills and full sets carrying fees from $10 to $25 set in the booking system. A deposit can cover one reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment. Clients with cold, flu, COVID-19 symptoms or recent exposure are asked to rebook.

The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on weekends. It also offers one-on-one lash training priced at $250 without a kit or $400 with one. The training includes a day of intensive hands-on instruction, a day of shadowing for classic extensions, lash styling instruction, mentorship, a vendor list and a certificate.
