Facials run from a 30-minute custom facial to 90-minute versions, and specialty options include a 75-minute vitamin C facial with the Vital C Signature Facelift Peel, a 75-minute acne-focused facial, a 90-minute device-based hydrodermabrasion facial, and a 30-minute facial designed for the bikini and inner thigh area. Resurfacing options such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and chemical resurfacing are also offered, and diamond microdermabrasion can be added to any facial. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, back, chest and intimate areas, often with combination pricing for several areas at once. Brow and lash services include tints, shaping, henna, lash lifts, brow laminations, and classic and volume lash extensions.

Booking works by deposit. A $35 deposit reserves any facial, lash or body waxing service. The deposit can be applied at the time of service or held on file for a later appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling needs 24 hours notice to keep the deposit, and late cancellations and no-shows forfeit it. Lash extension clients are advised to return every two to three weeks, and a new set is generally needed after three weeks unless the technician suggests otherwise.
