The studio is private and has a spa-like feel. Visits can start with a free consultation, booked through the contact page. Chemical peels are customized after a skin evaluation, and facials range from a 30-minute express cleanse to longer combined treatments that add hyperbaric oxygen or radio frequency. The business also sells 26 skincare products, including an active serum, an SPF 50 sunscreen, a brightening complex and an eye complex.
For microblading, the appointment usually runs about two hours and begins with a topical anesthetic to make it more comfortable. The pigment has an iron oxide base and is placed more shallowly than permanent cosmetics, so the results are described as semi-permanent. Healing takes about six weeks, and the brows look darker during the first week before softening as the top layer exfoliates. For that first week, clients wash their brows two to three times a day with a gentle antibacterial soap and avoid sun, water and sweat-inducing exercise. A touch-up is booked during the first appointment for six to ten weeks later, and a perfecting session is available six weeks to six months after the initial treatment. A color boost is suggested one to two months after a perfecting session or annual touch-up.
A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves an appointment and is applied to the procedure price on the day. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead through the confirmation email, by email or by phone. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours are not refunded, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled without a refund of the deposit. Previous cosmetic tattoos or permanent makeup must be approved before booking, since some cannot be covered or corrected.
