A visit starts with a Browista studying the brows and talking through a shape plan. The shape is built around each client's bone structure and facial features, along with personal style and lifestyle, whether that means something natural and low-maintenance or a high-glamour look. Brow styling begins with a gentle hard wax to clear excess hair, followed by trimming and tweezing. Clients who would rather not be waxed can ask for trimming and tweezing alone. First-time brow styling ranges from $36 to $90 depending on the stylist, and brow maintenance from $28 to $45.

Brow lamination is a semipermanent keratin treatment that adjusts the direction of brow hair for a fuller look, lasting up to 8 weeks. It takes about 45 minutes, costs $115, and includes an optional complimentary brow tint. It does not include brow styling, so clients book a first-time or maintenance brow visit alongside it. Lash services include individually applied, semipermanent eyelash extensions, keratin lash lifts that lift natural lashes for 8 to 12 weeks, and lash tinting for clients who want darker natural lashes. Aftercare is detailed: lash extension adhesive needs 24 hours to cure, and after a keratin lash lift it is best to avoid water and mascara for 48 hours.

Facial waxing covers the lip, brow middle, nose, ears, sideburns, neck, jawline and cheeks. Booking three or more facial services takes $5 off the total, though brows are not part of that offer. Body waxing covers areas from the toes to the back and shoulders, and bikini waxing is offered at three levels. A hard wax is used on the bikini area and a soy-based strip wax on larger areas such as the legs. After waxing, residue is removed and the skin is treated with calming lotions and oils.
