Arch + Beauty was founded by Stefania, a permanent cosmetic tattoo artist, to offer an upscale brow experience built on precise technique and high-quality products. The studio's stated mission is to help women feel beautiful and confident by enhancing their natural features rather than changing them.

Each service starts with a detailed consultation so the treatment can be matched to the individual client. Brow Therapy is a sequence of brow mapping, threading, a castor oil massage, then pencil fill-in and highlighting. Hybrid Stain is a deeply pigmented brow stain designed to fill sparse areas. According to the studio, the color stays on the skin for as long as 5 days and on brow hairs for as long as 6 weeks. Brow Lamination applies a keratin treatment that sets brow hairs for a fuller, softer appearance. Permanent services include Ombre Powder Brows, applied with a permanent makeup machine without hair-stroke marks for a soft, powdery finish with full coverage in light shades. Lash Line Enhancement is a permanent treatment that places a thin black line along the lash line to make lashes look fuller and darker. The Lash Lift curls natural lashes to create a longer, fuller look, and the studio states that it does not damage natural lashes.

The studio works by appointment only. Clients are asked to text 703-343-9228 to contact the studio, to confirm appointments 48 hours ahead, and to arrive 5 minutes early if they are a first-time guest. Children are not permitted in the studio. A credit card on file is required to hold each booking. Appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise a fee of 50% of the reserved service applies. Arriving more than 5 minutes late cancels the appointment and triggers the same 50% fee, and no-call/no-shows are charged the full service price. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule as early as possible, and cancellation fees still apply.

Alongside client services, the studio offers training in brow mapping, brow threading and shaping, standard and hybrid tinting, brow lamination and lash lifting. Courses are priced individually and include practice time, with the brow mapping course including a starter kit and certificate of completion. Training kits use Brow Code and Bronsun Hybrid tints and developers, along with Elleebana lash lift products.
