Appointments can be flexible: clients can arrange a time with a stylist by calling ahead. Lisa, Mikaela and Dalidh are the only stylists who can be booked online. Rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice. Two no-shows or short-notice cancellations are forgiven; after that, rebooking requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the scheduled service.

Monday is closed. Hours are 10am to 6pm on Tuesday, noon to 8pm on Wednesday, 10am to 8pm on Thursday, 10am to 5pm on Friday, and 9am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
