The menu is grouped into three areas: The Brow Bar, Body Sugaring and Facial Waxing. Brow services include a Signature Brow Sculpt (mapping, cleansing, waxing, tweezing, trimming and styling, 40 minutes), a Signature Brow Sculpt with hybrid dye, and a three-step brow lamination that lifts and straightens brow hairs, with or without dye. Each lamination finishes with a deep conditioning treatment. Body sugaring covers underarms, arms, back, stomach, bikini, Brazilian, glutes, between the cheeks and full or half legs, with a new-client Brazilian special. Facial waxing covers chin, sideburns, upper lip and a full face wax that can be customized. The studio also offers permanent jewelry: custom-fitted rings, bracelets and anklets in gold filled or sterling silver, welded in place without a clasp.

Booking runs through GlossGenius, which requires a valid card on file; the card is charged only after the service. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and later changes or no-shows carry a 40% fee. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrival. The studio is a no-guest space, and clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule.

For sugaring, hair should be about a quarter inch long and untrimmed, and the treated area should be free of lotions, oils, tanning and heavy exfoliation for 24 hours beforehand. Afterward, sun, saunas, hot tubs, intense workouts and tight synthetic fabrics should be avoided for 24 hours. Brow clients should arrive with clean, makeup-free brows.

Each visit is private and one-on-one, and techniques are chosen to balance the results wanted with the integrity of the client's skin.
