Visits are paced without rushing, and each one starts with a consultation so the result can be shaped around the client.

The color menu runs from a single vivid strand or a peek-a-boo in the bangs to full color changes. A toner or gloss refresh can tone previously lightened blonde or add shine to brassy brunette hair, though it does not lighten or darken. Root retouches cover regrowth and gray with custom root color. Custom dimensional color adds depth throughout the hair with a technique the stylist chooses, while custom dimensional highlights are planned around the starting hair, the brightness wanted and how much upkeep the client is willing to do. A custom vivid transformation requires a consultation before booking. The Platinum Session is a full root-to-end bleach process that includes a consultation, toner, K18 treatment, a signature haircut and a signature style, and it also needs a consultation first.

Color correction addresses tonal imbalance, uneven color and banding. It can take more than one session, and the final pricing and timing are set after a consultation. An all-over color that aims for a lighter result may also need correction along the way.

Haircuts are split by length and age. The signature short cut is for hair above the shoulders and includes a scalp analysis, wash, cut and chosen style. The signature long cut is for hair past the shoulders and includes a consultation, wash, cut and finish. A young guest cut is offered for children under 10 and includes a scalp analysis, cut and a simple wet or dry style. Styling options include a signature style with wash and blow dry, and a custom event styling session for special occasions. For event styling, clients should arrive with clean, dry hair unless they are adding a blowout.

Treatments include a scalp remedy for dryness, oiliness, irritation or buildup, a repair treatment for color-, chemically- or heat-stressed hair, and a K18 molecular repair treatment that reinforces hair during chemical services like blonding and color transformations. Three packages bundle color, treatment, haircut and styling at a discount: the Color Me Package, the Vivid Dream Package and the Blonde Beauty Package. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Booking runs through GlossGenius and requires a valid card on file. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service.
