The studio plans, installs, colors, cuts, maintains and removes extensions with the same team, so one group follows a client's extensions from the first consultation through removal. Extensions are 100% human hair, described as Remy, and come in a range of colors, lengths, thicknesses and weights. Extensions are cut after every install and at move-ups, and color is mixed in the studio so the extensions match the client's natural hair.

Methods offered include fusion (K-tip) extensions placed strand by strand with keratin bonds, cold fusion set with an ultrasonic tool and no heat, thermal fusion set with a heat tool, invisible bead extensions attached to silicone beads near the natural hairline, standard weft extensions, and tape-in extensions. Toppers are offered for women experiencing thinning at the crown or part line. Standard beaded row wefts and IBE are installed here too, with color, cutting and move-ups in the same studio. The studio uses Genius wefts for nearly every client, which it describes as lightweight and durable without return hair at the top.

Fusion pricing is set in person, based on hair density, length and color work, and the studio says it does not publish a fixed figure. Hair extension services are listed on the inquiry form as starting between $1,200 and $5,000+. A retainer is needed to buy new hair before installation. Fusion installs take about 1.5 to 6 hours and are booked with the full day open. Clients are asked to wait 48 hours after a fusion install before washing. Weft move-ups are typically scheduled every 6 to 8 weeks, and the studio says it provides a home care page with instructions. Before and after photos are taken for client records and shared online only with permission. Removal is done by releasing the keratin bond rather than pulling strands out, and the studio also removes and corrects another salon's wefts or fusion work.
