The salon offers VoMor extensions, which are exclusive to the Aveda Salon Network and come in tape-in and hand-sewn methods. Tape-in extensions suit guests with fine, thin or thinning hair, and hand-sewn extensions are for guests seeking more strength and length. The hair is ethically sourced, packaged sustainably, and shaded to coordinate with the Aveda Color Wheel.

Visits on Mondays are by appointment only. Tuesday through Saturday, the doors open at 10:00 AM and close at 7:00 PM. To book, use the salon's Vagaro online system or phone (770) 621-0289. New Talent services are carried out by licensed cosmetologists who are either enrolled in or have finished further salon training, and they cost less. Availability fluctuates, so calling ahead is a good idea.

The retail shop sells Aveda hair and beauty products, with recommendations from the Aqua team, and Aveda color and care products are used throughout the services. Guests can ask in the salon about Aveda Pure Privilege, the guest rewards program.
