Many of the braid, twist and styling services include shampoo and blow-dry, and the listings say when they do not. Some services depend on hair the client supplies, such as bundles for quick weaves, crochet hair for curly crochet installs, or their own locs for large faux locs. Hair that extends below the shoulders can add time and product, and may add to the price.

Clients who are unsure what they want can book a 30-minute consultation for $10 to talk through their hair goals and plan before booking a full appointment. The business is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 1 PM to 6 PM, and it is closed on Mondays.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are charged 50% of the scheduled service. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, which requires approval before the appointment.

Care, maintenance and styling are treated as parts of one visit, with the aim of a comfortable space for clients.
