Service providers work on a level system, and levels are promoted based on demand for each provider's time. Guests can choose the provider level that fits their needs and budget. Online booking is available with select providers, and other providers are booked by phone.
Services fall into two groups. Color and texture work includes retouches, all-over color, full and partial highlights and balayage, and Brazilian Blowout options. Cuts and styling covers cuts, blowouts with or without a treatment, curly cuts, special occasion styling and a custom treatment. Many services are listed with a price range.
According to the salon, team training begins at hiring and continues through each person's career. The salon describes its space as vibrant and welcoming. It is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Reservations changed or cancelled within the 24-hour window are charged 30% of the service and time, and no-call, no-show reservations are charged the full amount reserved. Service change requests are accepted within three days of the service. Refunds on services are not offered, but the salon says it will make things right within seven days. Full exchanges are offered on products, and hair care product returns receive full credit or a full-value gift card. Hairdryers, curling irons and flat irons can be returned within 14 days in the original box. Custom-ordered hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
