Hours are set around the appointment book, so they can change. The salon is open Monday from 9am to 6pm, Tuesday and Friday from 9am to 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 8pm, and Saturday from 8am to 3pm.

Certain services need a deposit paid at booking, and deposits are non-refundable. Updos and makeup application take a $25 deposit, a Keratin Complex or Cezanne treatment takes $100, and a Keratin Complex or Cezanne Express Blowout takes $50. Eyelash extension deposits are $50 for a full set and $25 for a fill or a lift and tint combo. Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice or the deposit is forfeited, and cancellations need 24 to 48 hours' notice. Clients who cancel last minute or no-show more than once must place a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for future bookings.
