Scalp treatments range from a basic scalp cleaning, offered for men's hair or very short hair for women, up to a luxury version that adds a facial cleanse and mask. Options listed along the way include aromatherapy, sound therapy, scalp massage and customized shampoos, with arm and hand massage in the luxury tier.

Facial options include three lengths of Hydro Facial, a 30-minute LED light therapy session that is non-invasive with no downtime, a custom facial using an alginate mask, and a back and face facial aimed at tension relief. Dermalogica facials are offered for pore cleansing, hydration, sensitive or red-prone skin, acne, brightening and anti-aging concerns.

Chinese-style services include ear cleaning done with traditional tools, cupping, and guasha. The spa notes that cupping can leave temporary circular marks or bruises and that guasha can leave red spots or purplish patches, and it describes both as normal.

Online booking is the preferred way to book, and appointments can also be made through the Setmore app. Cancellations or reschedules need a phone call at least 12 hours ahead.
