The Manicuring Program is 300 hours and prepares students for the NC State Board of Cosmetic Arts manicuring exam. It covers classic manicures, nail sculpting, gel techniques and advanced nail art, along with state board exam preparation and client services and sanitation. It can be finished in as little as 7 weeks and is offered full time, part time or at night, in 7, 10 or 11 week formats. The Esthetics Program is 600 hours and prepares students for the NC State Board of Cosmetic Arts esthetics exam. Its curriculum covers clinical facials, skin analysis, chemical exfoliation, waxing and hair removal, lash and brow services, body treatments, makeup artistry and client consultation. It can be completed in as little as 13 weeks, with full time, part time and night options of 13, 19 or 22 weeks. Qualified esthetics students may also take an optional bonus section, subject to attendance, test score and performance requirements.

The Advanced Program is for licensed beauty professionals and requires an active state cosmetology, esthetics or manicuring license. It offers an Advanced Skincare track, which includes microneedling, several peeling methods and gold and oxygen therapy, and an Advanced Eyelash Extension track, which covers classic and volume extensions, hybrid and wispy styles, mega volume, lash mapping, and lash lift and tint. The tracks can be taken separately or combined, and classes run in morning or evening sessions. The program also includes microblading certification. Classes open monthly, so prospective students are asked to contact the academy for the next start date.

Classroom theory is delivered through a digital curriculum, and students practice on real clients in a professional training salon under expert guidance. An online learning platform, with 50 to 90 hours of content depending on schedule, is included in the courses. Manicuring and esthetics courses include an ebook, a student nail kit and implements, and initial license processing fees. Students have access to professional supplies at the school. The academy also offers business management, branding, marketing and social media courses. To prepare for licensing, students receive mock state board exams and individual support. The Gloss & Glow Spa is run by students, whose services are performed under licensed professional supervision; licensed professionals are also available.
