Every visit follows the same sequence: a consultation and beauty plan, the treatment, a follow-up, and then maintenance. A same-day treatment can be done after the consultation and is priced by treatment. Pigments are mixed to suit each client's skin undertone and their existing brow and hair colour.

Brow services include microblading, which builds a hair-stroke look by placing pigment just beneath the skin and can add density or full brows for partial or complete hair loss. Powdered brows use a machine to create a softly shaded, defined make-up look. Combo brows pair two techniques, darkening existing brow hairs while adding lighter, wispier strokes at the front, and a combo add-on blends hair strokes over a powder shade to sharpen the brow line.

At the Bellevue location, eyelash enhancement places an ultra-thin black line along the lash line, and winged eyeliner is tattooed eyelid liner shaped to each client's features. Lip tint enhances natural lip colour, defines the lip shape and adds the look of fullness, and the studio presents it as an alternative to lip injections. The studio describes its cosmetic tattoos as realistic and natural looking, and its winged eyeliner as smudge proof and waterproof.

Each client gets single-use disposable needles and supplies, stations are disinfected before opening and after every procedure, and topical numbing cream and gel are used before and during treatments.
