PMU Umut LLC is a single-artist studio in Bellevue focused on semi-permanent makeup for brows, lips and eyeliner.
The brow work includes standard powder brows, an ombre powder brow option that applies pigment by machine in a gradient, lighter toward the front and darker toward the tail, and a combined lips and eyebrows appointment. Lip blushing implants pigment into the lips to add color and define their shape. Eyeliner shading is also offered, along with touch-ups for each.
Some services, including powder brows touch-up, lip blushing, lip blushing touch-up and powder brows refresh, require a $50 deposit to book. The studio charges a 15% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
The portfolio shows healed and just-after-procedure photos of powder brows, lip blushing, eyeliner and combined work, and it notes a 3-5 day healing period for lip blushing. Clients who have questions can send them through the message form on the contact page. Hours run Monday through Sunday, with later evening openings on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Semi-permanent pigment work with touch-up and refresh sessions timed to how long ago the original procedure was done.
