Balayage is a freehand highlighting method aimed at a natural, sun-kissed finish, and standard highlights are balanced with a gloss. For platinum blonde hair with up to four weeks of regrowth, a Global Blonde Retouch is offered.

Smoothing options include Brazilian Blowout, which can be shaped to keep and define curls or to leave hair sleek. According to the treatment's page, frizz control can last up to 12 weeks. There is no waiting period, so clients can wash and style right after leaving. Rewind by Brazilian Blowout is a shorter in-salon treatment for chemically treated or damaged hair, and the treatment's page says results can last up to 10 washes.
