Every hair color service begins with a personalized consultation, and color treatments can include bond-building and moisture-restoring options. Haircuts and styles are shaped around face shape, hair texture and lifestyle. The salon says it uses salon-quality products in its color and cutting work and describes its techniques as cutting-edge.

Weave and braiding services are planned to protect the natural hair and scalp. Box braids come in small, medium and large sizes, and the take down service removes braids, twists or weaves and prepares natural hair for the next style. Clients can book through the salon's online scheduling page or call or text (510) 586-3268.

The salon is open Wednesday to Friday from 10 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Listed prices are base prices and can vary with hair texture and length. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations may carry a fee or a deposit for future bookings, and no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. All hair services are final sale, and any concern must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment, with a complimentary adjustment possibly offered within 7 days at management's discretion. Gift cards and promotional or discounted packages are non-refundable.
