The studio is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM and is closed Mondays. Everything is by appointment. First-time clients booking chemical services are asked to complete a consultation, which costs $20, takes about 15 minutes, and is credited toward the service, and to pay a 20% security deposit when booking by text or online. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 20% fee, no-shows are charged the full price of the missed services, and clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Reminder texts are sent, and booking means the client agrees to this policy.

Color work covers a range of depth and dimension. Base color is a single-process solid shade without highlights, often chosen for black-to-brown transitions or gray coverage. Babylights are finer, softer highlights placed from root to ends, and baby low lights are offered for clients with more than 80% gray who want more dimension without going too light. Full balayage aims for a more natural look that grows out softer, and root touch-up balayage with tone and ombré balayage are also offered. Color correction is available for hair previously colored with box dye, over-the-counter color, or several shades, and may require up to three process color.

Texture services include perms with cuts, suited to a full, natural wave and to fine or thin hair, with a spiral option that lasts about six months, and Japanese straightening, a permanent service that is not recommended for hair damaged by bleach or highlights. Men's cuts and men's cut with perm are also on the menu.

Salon treatments include the Milbon Gold Line 5-step in-salon treatment as an add-on, and clients who take it home receive a packet of No. 6 Weekly Booster with four deep-conditioning vials for up to five weeks. The studio also offers custom-made 100% human hair wigs with color and highlights matched to the client's natural hair. A portfolio on the site shows before-and-after photos of color, cuts, perms, straightening, and gray coverage work.

Clients are offered complimentary drinks and snacks, WiFi, and streaming services including Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, Amazon Prime movies, and YouTube, and the salon describes its environment as clean and relaxing.
