Facials are tailored to each client and set at consultation. Options range from the Down to Business facial, a shorter treatment that covers deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and hydration without massage, to the Elemental facial, which adds a custom enzyme and light peel, shoulder, neck and face massage and a nourishing mask. The Jan Marini Facial Experience uses only Jan Marini products, and a Perfect Derma Peel is available singly or as a series of three.

The studio has been certified through Face Reality since 2013 for its Clear Me Up acne protocol, which costs $95 and includes a consultation. A Face Reality Teen Experience facial is also offered. Dermaplaning and microdermabrasion can be added to facials, and waxing covers underarms, bikini line, full arms and Brazilian services.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a appointment; cancellations inside that window are charged half the scheduled cost. Retail product lines are sold in the studio, and gift cards and gift certificates are available. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday, with Friday mornings only.

Treatments are customized at consultation, and the salon describes its treatments as combining results with relaxation.
