The first appointment is a no-cost consultation that also includes a skin analysis at no charge. Coming in with freshly cleansed skin and no makeup is advised. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturday visits are available by advance booking only, and the clinic is closed Sundays. According to the clinic, its space feels warm and relaxed, and appointments are never hurried.
