Braid and twist appointments assume hair arrives fully detangled. Tangled or matted hair adds a $30 detangling fee, and clients must arrive free of glue and debris or an added charge applies. Deposits go toward the service total but cannot be refunded or transferred.

New clients can start with a virtual weave or service consultation held by Zoom on Tuesdays. It lasts 30 minutes and costs $50, with a full deposit for wig consultations and half for other services. Larger custom work, such as Micro K-Tips and the smoothing and keratin extension service, requires a consultation before booking.

Raw Indian hair is pre-ordered rather than kept in stock, so booking at least two weeks ahead is recommended, and all raw Indian hair sales are final. The salon describes its Raw Indian hair as ethically sourced and unprocessed, lasting three to five years with proper care. It calls the Raw Indian Luxury Glam Sew-In the highest-quality hair it offers, and its Micro K-Tips Luxury Experience its most luxurious extension service.

The salon also runs classes. A five-hour Sew-In Class on a live model costs $700 and requires students to already know how to braid. A one-on-one Silk Press training for licensed professionals is $675 and takes about four hours. A one-on-one Keratin Tip class for licensed professionals costs $3,000 and takes about five hours.

The salon describes its approach to hair care as holistic, using environmentally conscious products.
